The Zipline basics eLearning course was a fun way to introduce our communications platform to our retail employees. This platform is the singular source for everything our store employees need to know. The goal of the project was to increase adoption of the Zipline platform to ensure employees are well informed and reinforce the expectation that all employees should check the communication platorm at the beginning of their shift.
